Today, I make a resolution.

What a painful today for me ? I do evaluation about myself today and I found the pattern of my behaviour is extremey disturbing and I can't accept that. Today, I make few resolution. Below are some of my resolution.

1. Defeat my anger and be patient.
2. Be generous and humble.
3. True with my heart.
4. Build my character from the scratch.
5. Learn new thing like never before.
6. Respect people.
7. Be the best ever for myself.

Oh god, show me the way of life according to YOUR LAW.

What To Do When You Have A Lot Of Option?

What to do when you have a lot of option and every option seems so good. Here is my tips and hope it will help you.

1. List all the option you have.
2. List all the possible consequences (good and bad) in every option. You need to list it both good and bad to measure up the risk.
3. Pick the one that have little or no risk at all.
4. Pick the one that is best for you.

But sometimes we need to take option that have the greatest risk. It is up to you to decide which one is the best for you.

Today Is The Day. Move Your Ass Now.

How are you today? Fine? Great because today is the day where you are going to change your life. Today? Yes, today. I want to give you a secret that you don't even want to know. Today is the day to act on your life.

Everything you do today will decide your future tomorrow. If you stay idle today, you will make your future idle. If you work hard today, your future will work hard for you. But, if you don't do anything about your life, there is no way your life is going to change.

How your butt is going to move if you don't even want to move. I hate people that said "we need to wait until the time has come". I wonder when the time will come. I understand that some action need to be done in some particular time.

But, I want to warn you only few activity need that kind of attitude. Beside that, it is bullshit. For example, you make an appointment with doctor tomorrow. There is no way the doctor will meet you if you come today. You need to go tomorrow if you want to have some check-up.

How about other activity like exercise, reading a book, drink glass of water, solving your problem, and so on and so on. There are countless of activity that you need to focus to. If you didn't act right now, and you know you should, when is your life is going to change.

Maybe after you hit some cancer maybe, you realize your life is extremely precious and should not to be take for granted. Where you are today is the result of your own action from the past. If you have objection about this, send me an email and we see about that later.

It is amazing to see how people always neglect something that is very easy but extremely important yet they take lightly about it. Goal setting is a tool that everyone knows about it yet only few people do it correctly.

In a classic book, Think And Grow Rich by Napolean Hill mention that the most important ingredient for success in any area is desire. It is very true. But it is also true that if you didn't commit your goal into a piece of paper, your goal is not a goal at all.

The reason is simple. There are about 60,000 thoughts go in and out of our mind wether it is conscious or unconscious. All thought is creative thought according to Charles F Haanel but can you imagine if every thought is creative force and you didn't highlight which one is more important, how is your desire will come true. It seems impossible right.

That's why you need to write your goal to make sure your mind is aware that this goal is more important than other thought you have in your mind. How to write a goal?
Well, you can write your goal as many as you want to.

I suggest that you write only 10 goals every year. You put timeline on your goal. For example, "I'm going to achieve this goal within 1 years". Then, imagine that you have achieve your goal right now. How your life is going to be in all area.

Believe that you are going to have it and built a plan about it. Act according to your plan. Make small progress continuously or you can make just simple plan eventhough you feel you can't do it. Everyday, review your goal twice a day, at the morning and night. After that, be grateful with what you have.

What will happen is you will activate all mental law. Your life will be change forever.

Self discipline one of the key to success.

Do you have any experience where you want to do something that is very important for you everyday like exercise every morning or read a book just before you go to sleep and you didn't, you feel very upset about it.

You beat yourself up and feel like you have no control on your life. To be truth, I believe that everyone at least once have feel the same way before.

It is something that everyone experience about it and what is truly amazing about it is how people are respond about it. Some of them take a step further to overcome this laziness and lack of will power and some of them just let the life take them whatever they are going.

I believe that you are kind of person that want change in your life. You know deeply in your heart that if you want to change your life forever, you must have self discipline. To have self discipline, you must acquire will power to take charge on your life.

Self discipline and will power cannot be seperated. There is no discipline without will power and there is no will power without self discipline. The only way to acquire both of this is you have to make a desicion to take charge of your own life.

What is will power? Will power is ability to control your harmful behavior and unnecessary impulse. It is the ability to overcome your own bad habit and it is the key to acquire self discipline.

What is self discipline? Self discipline is ability to accomplish something no matter what. The ability to stand hardship and preservere to finish one task. The ability to do something important even you not like it.

Why self discipline is extremely important to success? Without self discipline, you will not know what you need to do. Even when you know what to do, you may give up so easily and do something useless like excessive drinking, smoking and so on.

Imagine this, everyday you go for exercise every morning, drink at least 8 glass of water, read a book about your profession and you do it everyday, what do you think your life is going to be? It will be absolutely phenomenal.

Your life will not be the same anymore. You will change your economics, you have rich relationships with everyone and more importantly, you change your life. That's the power of self discipline.

You are responsible for your own life.

Let me start with a story. Young boy age of 7, ask his father, "Father, why we not rich?" This father shock with this question. Suddenly everything that he ever do in his life began to "flash" in front of his eye. You can imagine how frustrated this father is when his young boy that he love ask him this question.

Now, I want to ask you. If your children ask you the same question like this young boy ask his father, what is your answer. The answer is up to you. What you do right now, how you react and how you respond with your current circumstances will decide your life course. You are responsible for your own life. Good night.

Self-leadership is in human nature.

In my last article, I emphasizes that we are responsible for our own life. Our capacity to choose our own way of life will result our circumstaces. The ability to commit ourselves that we are responsible for our own life will make you feel useless with yourself.

This is true especially for myself. Lot of thing happens to me recently. My friends left me, a friend died in accident, my result go down to drain and so on. I am extremely dissapointed with myself for what happen.

I realize that I need to do something right now to greatly improve my life. I need to get out from this mess. The only way to get out from this mess is by self leadership.

What is self-leadership? Self-leadership is the capacity and commitment to take full responsibility for one's own responses to life and to create a life that is personally meaningful and fruitful. It is the antithesis of shifting responsibility for one's degree of happiness and satisfaction to others or circumstances.

It is by no means easy to exercise self-leadership. From personal experience, I know how easy it is to become stuck in blame. I know the seductiveness of victimhood. For many of us, self-leadership runs against the natural tendency of our thoughts and feelings.

Furthermore, self-leadership is, to some degree, counter-cultural. Our culture tends to be blame-oriented. I spill coffee on myself so I sue the company that brewed it. Practicing self-leadership can seem like swimming upstream.

What's more, life's circumstances frequently are difficult to change—whether it's a career that doesn't fit, a marriage that isn't working, financial difficulties, cynical colleagues, a tyrannical boss, a downturn in the economy, or a myriad other tough times.

But I realize that I need this. I must change myself to become better person. I must change how I response to be able to be happy. I must continuously growing to achieve more meaningful life. I know that only I can change my life. So are you.

Increase your fitness for your own future.

As an entrepreneur, we must have enough energy to do anything that we need to do. You can't take your body for granted no matter how healthy you are. No matter how you deny it, our health is one of the most important asset in our life.

To have enough energy to do what we love everyday will set pace in our lives. So, it is important for you to take care your health for the sake of your business and for the sake of your family.

If you sick, you will trouble everyone including yourself. Damn, I hate sick. You will lose all your opportunity on the day you sick. That is why today I am going to share with an article about fitness. Here are some tips.

1. Move More
Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your kids; toss balls with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class or tai chi or kickboxing. But that's great when you're up to it. Meanwhile, move more. Thought for the day: Cha, Cha, Cha…. Then do it!

2. Cut Fat
Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise. Thought for the day: Lean, mean, fat-burning machine…. Then be one!

3. Quit Smoking
The jury is definitely in on this verdict. Ever since 1960 when the Surgeon General announced that smoking was harmful to your health, Americans have been reducing their use of tobacco products that kill. Just recently, we've seen a surge in smoking in adolescents and teens. Could it be the Hollywood influence? It seems the stars in every movie of late smoke cigarettes. Beware. Warn your children of the false romance or 'tough guy' stance of Hollywood smokers. Thought for the day: Give up just one cigarette…. the next one.

4. Reduce Stress
Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e.,Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. Thought for the day: When seeing red, think pink clouds….then float on them.

5. Protect Yourself from Pollution
If you can't live in a smog-free environment, at least avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning when air quality is good. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It's a good pollution and dirt from the street deterrent. Thought for the day: 'Smoke gets in your eyes'…and your mouth, and your nose and your lungs as do pollutants….hum the tune daily.

6. Wear Your Seat Belt
Statistics show that seat belts add to longevity and help alleviate potential injuries in car crashes. Thought for the day: Buckle down and buckle up.

7. Floss Your Teeth
Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it's because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don't? Thought for the day: Floss and be your body's boss.

8. Avoid Excessive Drinking
While recent studies show a glass of wine or one drink a day (two for men) can help protect against heart disease, more than that can cause other health problems such as liver and kidney disease and cancer. Thought for the day: A jug of wine should last a long time.

9. Keep a Positive Mental Outlook
There's a definitive connection between living well and healthfully and having a cheerful outlook on life. Thought for the day: You can't be unhappy when you're smiling or singing.

10. Choose Your Parents Well
The link between genetics and health is a powerful one. But just because one or both of your parents died young in ill health doesn't mean you cannot counteract the genetic pool handed you. Thought for the day: Follow these basic tips for healthy living and you can better control your own destiny.

Live your life with happiness.

I always remember someone says to me that if you not live your life at the fullest, you are selfish. That words stuck into my mind. I began to think real hard what it meant to not live my lives at the fullest.

I have read all sort of book about how to have great personality, seduction skill, law of success and so on. But I realize that something in my heart feel that I have lost something that is extremely important in my life. I thinking this matter over and over and over again.

But, suddenly I realize that in order to live our life at the fullest, we must began to live our life to serve other and live our life for greater purpose. I began to built my character. I try my best to built honesty in my heart. I try to learn everything that I can to improve my life.

Honesty I meant here is not just saying the truth but more than that. It is to live our life with great character and be the best for others and also be truth with yourself so that you can leave a legacy for the younger generations.

Even though I am still young, but I want prove that no matter what age you are, you can live your life with happiness. Built greater character in your heart, smile everyday no matter what, be honest in everything that you do, always do your best no matter what you do, never give up and always and always improve yourself. Think and do what you want and don't worry about something you can't do anything about it.

Finally, achieve what you want in your life. Live your life with happiness. Get what you want in your life.

Visualization- Art of Happiness.

Visualization is an art of happiness. Everyone in this world have imagination. You have imagination and even I have imagination. Everyone does. But the truth is, little did we know about our own ability of imagination that god have gave to us.

Then I ask myself why god gave us imagination? How imagination can help us really achieve success in our life. I begin to find all the information I can get about imagination.

I realize that every one of the most successful people throughout the history is visionary people. Each one of them. I feel so surprise with this fact.

What is so powerful with our imagination? How this simple imagination can help us overcome every problem that we have in our daily lives? How everyone can use their imagination to improve their live?

I ask myself this question over, over and over. After searching all the information I can get about imagination, I found hundred and thousand of method about visualization. I found that the more you visualize the more you get.

I found that visualization is actually one the principle of success and almost no one ever really achieve success in their life without visualize what they one in their life. Another interesting fact that I found is that everyone is always visualizing throughout their day without they even realize about it.

Ok, now we back to the real issue. How you can use visualization throughout your day and how visualization helps you achieving everything that you want in your life? Here are the key.

1. Decide what you want.

What is the thing that you really want in your life? You can start by make a small wish when you applying this principle. What ever you do, you always need to decide what you really want. Because without knowing what you want, you will never know what you get. Everything that you get only by the wind of chance.

2. Write your decision.

You need to always write what you want to make sure that you really commit yourself in doing what you really want to achieve. Most people afraid to write their decision because they know if they failed to fulfill their purpose, they feel like a looser. Well, the universe will say: YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND.

3. Plan your action to achieve what you want.

It is clear that no one ever achieve something in their lives without knowing what they want is their lives. You must make a plan to achieve what you want in your life. Only by that, you can feel certain that you are going to achieve something significant in your life.

Sometimes you may get hunch about what you need to do but the ‘ah-ha’ experience is different with what you plan to do. Well, when this happen, immediately put the ‘ah-ha’ idea into your plan because it maybe a sign for you to get what you want. Don’t stop and don’t delay.

4. Visualize what you want.

Make sure when you visualize, always dwells your mind with the results not the activity. Create some movements in your visualization but never think about the activity. Always think about the end result.

When you do this, you will feel so much happiness and joy because the visual you have in your mind look so real that you may begin to think that you already have it. After that, feel grateful about it. Like I once said, the more you gratitude, the more you will get.

Greatest secret on the planet- Become a Learner.

Education is one the most valuable asset in the world. This is always my belief. Everything that I wrote write for you right now is based on my own experience which is one way of education.

You may ask, why the greatest secret on the planet is become a learner. Lot of people is dropout from school but they become extremely wealthy and achieve significant thing in their life. Not just that, this dropout have everything that we think is impossible for us to achieve.

Now,look at the last sentence I wrote. They always appreciate everything they know and applying everything they know. Now, that’s education mean. All the knowledge you acquire is useless except you begin to apply everything that you know in correct way. That is the different between average and rich people.

But how about professional people? Lot of them makes a lot of money but why they always empty their wallet? The answer is extremely simple. THEY FAILED TO DISCIPLINE THEMSELVES.They failed to control their bad habit.

Gratitude- The way of life.

You may have heard that the more you gratitude, the more you get in your life. Well, this is quite true in life. The fact is, the more you feel thankful, the more you get what your thanks for.

This concept may hard for you to swallow especially people who think that life is so miserable and extremely unfortunate. There are also people who think that life have no turning point. But, thank god this is not TRUE.

One of the way to change your life is by thanking everything that you have. Life may sometime is so miserable and everything seems act againts you. BUT, you must remember one thing. EVERY FAILURE BRING YOU EQUALY OPPORTUNITY.

You may ask why we need to feel gratitude despite with all the miserable thing that happen to you. The answer for your question is, ONLY BY BEING GRATEFUL, YOU CAN BEGIN TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

You must feel yourself with the feel of gratitude. Only by gratitude, you not only change your focus in positive way but you also will activate the most powerful law in the UNIVERSE. THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

By changing your focus in more positive way by gratitude, you not only make yourself feel better but you also attract everything that you are grateful for. The more you feel grateful, the more you get anything that you want.

I can show you one example the power of gratitude. Few years ago, there are a father who have a son that have very weird but incurable disease. This father has been told by doctor to really accept the fact that his son is going to die in three month.

But, this father never give up. He believe that his son will cure and can live just like normal kids. He ask his friends to give him stone that was called gratitude rock. Every time he touch that rock, this father will feel extremely blessed because in his mind, he is seing his son is running around just like normal kid.

Then, one miracle happen. His son is began to heal himself and now he can running around just like normal kid. For your information, this gratitude rock is actually just normal rock from the river. It is just tool to give him sense of gratitude.

The only thing you need to do right now is just feel youself everyday with the feeling of gratitude. Always begin your day with gratitude. Remember, what you think is what you get.

Purpose of life.

Few years ago, I always puzzled with this question: What I really want to achieve in my life? After I soul searching quite a long time, I finally decide to write my own mission statement about my life so that I can have real picture in what I want to do in my life.
This is my mission statement.
To improve myself and others in all area.

Why:
1. To make this world a better place.
2. To leave legacy for my children.
3. Because I really love everyone.
4. I wish happiness for everyone.
5. I always and always believe that life is just that beautiful.

What can I do to achieve my purpose:
1. I have continuously learning all my life.
2. I have become rich.
3. I have always and always improve myself in all area.
4. I have and always learn how to associate myself with others.
5. I am become an entrepreneur,scholar and great leader.
6. I am helping others to attain their purpose.
7. I have become the best for myself.

You may find weird the way I wrote my mission statement. But, the reason I wrote my mission statement the way you seen it right now is because actually I am applying one of the greatest secret of success: THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.

Since here then, everything that I do, I write my mission statement, what my expectation in that particular action and my reason I am doing it. After I wrote my mission statement, I then decide what I want to do in my life.

First, I write what I want as my goal. Second, I decide what can I do right now to achieve most of my goal. What action can I take. After that, I visualize myself already achieving every goal I have wrote and believing it I already achieving it and feel very thankful with everything that I have achieve and visualize. Then, immediately I take action what I want to do right now that I believe can help me achieve my goal.

Now, I want to correct some statement that you need to do nothing to achieve your goal. It is DAMN WRONG. You may need to act like you already achieving your goal according to the law of ATTRACTION but that is only in your mind. Because it is impossible for you to act like you rich but you don't.

The only thing you can do is thinking, feeling and believe that you already achieve your goal. Make yourself feel very grateful with everything that you have. Appreciate everything, improve yourself continuously in all area in your life, take responsibility, develop your character and show yourself that you deserve what you want. And then finally, ACT LIKE YOU ALREADY ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL.

After I do all the things that I have wrote, my life is start to change. I begin to really learn about myself and feel I have the power to control my life. Everything that I want to achieve began to appear in front of my eye. Some are predictable and some are don't. I feel so much fun and feel very grateful for everything that I have right now. Now, I really believe that we are responsible for our own life.

Love- Unconditional love.

What is unconditional love ? I always ask myself this question. Did I love my girlfriend with unconditional love or I just love her because she is so beautiful. Did I love my mother because she does all the house work or did I love my father because he give me money everytime I ask or when I go to school. Have you ever wonder why you love the person you love.


Love is a word that is very simple but the most powerful word of all. I can't imagine myself live without love. Everyone search for love, the true happiness. But, the truth is love is all around us but often we failed to recognize it. It is very sad to see how people react everytime they have problem, even with small one, they often hurt people that close to us.


Love is something that give us happiness. Every kind of love give us some sort of happiness. Love of a mother is the most precious of all. There is no word that can describe love of a mother.


Love of a father is like a light of life. Without his guidance, maybe we are not who we are right now. Love from our loved one is the greatest love of all. But, that kind of love is nothing compare to love from a wife to his husband.


Imagine that every morning when you wake up, your wife cook your breakfast. She fetch your kids from school, doing all the house work and still give you a smile everytime you go home from your work. Her smile give you strenght and comfort, give you energy to move forward, to do something beyond yourself, to contribute and give something for your family.


That's what I called happiness. That's why I believe one of the most important relationship in our life is marriage. I hope you never forget to love everyone and appreciate everything that is around us.
